Event Registration and Name tags pick up

When arriving at the Madison Marriott, enter the Conference Center doors and be greeted by staff to register. If you have not done so already, be sure to click on the link sent to you via text or email from GiveSmart and enter all of your information ahead of time. This will ensure a smooth and fast line for everyone arriving to the event.  Once we have you checked in, you may then proceed down the hallway to pick up your nametag and enter the reception area. 

Attire

The attire for this event is cocktail. What does this mean?  Please avoid wearing denim or tennis shoes

Men: Dress shirt, dress pants, suit coat optional. 

Women: A cross between formal and comfortable.

 
Silent Auction Bidding - You can start bidding NOW!

Our silent auction has over 125 items and packages that will be on display and can be bid on through the Givesmart App. If you successfully registered in advance, you should have received a welcome text message with a link to begin bidding. Diamond-Champagne Raffle

For only $25 a gorgeous .52 karat loose diamond could be yours! Arrive promptly to purchase one of the limited champagne flutes for your chance to win. *Please note this raffle will close at the end of the reception and a winner will be announced at the start of the program.

Dream Big Raffle 

Who doesn't love some bling?! Enter for your chance to win one of two exquisite prizes, an elegant sapphire crystal watch or a precious gemstone necklace, earrings and ring set. Tickets are $50 for one and $100 for three and will be sold during the reception and through dinner.  

Heads or Tails

For $25 you can participate in a game of head or tails to win one of two incredible packages: a luxurious Spa Package at the Sundara Inn & Spa or a Nakoma Golf Club Experience. This game will be played during the program - you won't want to miss it!
